Angel Heart Farm - My Favorite Charity

Horses know. It's amazing how ponies do the healing at Angel Heart Farm. Children with life-threatening diseases visit and feel like they have their own pony to LOVE at Angel Heart. It inspires them to keep up the fight. Plus, the farm also gives the whole family a reprieve from the hospital scene.

Horses there are meticulously managed and love is the language of this fantastic charity. I can't speak highly enough about the horsemanship behind this operation, their mission and the opportunities they provide to very sick children and their families.
